Refund Policy
1. Rates and Cancellation Conditions
The rate chosen at the time of booking determines the applicable cancellation conditions.
Cancellation 7 days before 3pm and more before arrival: 100% refundable.
Between 7 days after 3 p.m. and 72 hours before arrival: 50% of the booking amount refunded.
Less than 72 hours before arrival: no refund.
Cancellation until 3pm the day before arrival: full refund.
Cancellation after 3pm the day before arrival: non-refundable.
No possibility of cancellation or modification. No refunds, regardless of when the cancellation occurred.
3. Cancellation procedure
For a refund, you must cancel your reservation on the online booking site (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expédia.ca, the Auberge’s website: by email or directly on the link sent in your email). For cancellation with refund, contact the Hotel Saguenay group by email. Refunds are not automatic.
4. General Terms and Conditions
Refund requests must be accompanied by written confirmation of the cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the email
cancellation policy.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
Rates are based on cancellation policies.
The best rate applies for cancellations 7 days or more.
The Cancellation Free Rate does not allow for any changes or refunds.
The 24h Rate is designed to offer more flexibility as a result of its adjusted price.
Cancellations due to weather (storms, ice, floods, tornadoes) are not
refundable, except in the case of official travel bans.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., a serious medical condition with medical evidence), we may
assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

In exceptional circumstances, such as official travel bans or
